This job can be located in either Alberta or Saskatchewan. Job Description As an E&I General Foreperson with Electrical and/or Instrumentation Journeyperson ticket, you'll leverage your expertise to oversee precise E&I projects in Saskatchewan. You will play a key role within the site operations team, reporting directly to the Superintendent. You will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of your crew(s), ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all project activities. This role provides strong on-site leadership through coordinating work, supervising personnel, and maintaining a consistent and fair application of all company policies and procedures. You will champion a safe work environment, support compliance with operational standards, and foster a positive team culture through clear communication, coaching, and accountability. Working closely with the Superintendent, client representatives, and cross-functional teams, the General Foreperson helps ensure work is completed on schedule, risks are managed, and overall project objectives are met. What would you be doing? Provide supervision to multiple crews and services. Prepare, monitor, and drive project schedule with the operations team to ensure budget and timelines are met. Estimate and manage project labour and material requirements. Establish, implement, and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures, Manage resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance. Growing company with opportunities for career development and advancement Qualifications Is results-oriented, passionate about construction and has proven experience managing construction sites. Extensive experience in supervisory roles on industrial client sites with a solutions-focused mindset. A journeyperson ticket in a mechanical or electrical trade is considered an asset. Proven leader who motivates people and maintains effective relationships with clients and crew. Have valid safety tickets such as CSTS, Standard First Aid, and Common Safety Orientation (CSO). Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
