Responsibilities:

· Scheduling and coordinating the work of scaffolding teams

· Supervising the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures

· Inspecting scaffolding equipment and materials for defects or damage

· Preparing progress reports for project managers and clients

· Communicating with other trades and contractors on the job site

• Assist tradespersons in construction activities.
• Ensuring that scaffolding is set up according to safety standards and regulations
• Monitoring the work area for hazards and taking appropriate precautions

Qualifications and Experience Required:

· Journeyperson Scaffolder certificate;

· Minimum 5–10 years of scaffolding experience;

· Strong knowledge of scaffold design, construction practices, and applicable safety standards;

· Proven leadership and crew-management skills.

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.

· First Aid Certification.

· Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft applications. Ability to learn new software is essential.

· Leadership in Safety Excellence certificate.

· Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed.

This position will be primarily located at a remote job site. Hours on Site: 11 hr per day; 77 hr per week; 2 week in-2 weeks out rotation.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and complete the required training prior to going to site.
