- Create technical designs and revise architectural drawings
- Engage in research for materials and building codes
- Conduct thorough site condition evaluations
- Review and assess shop drawings for compliance
- Facilitate communication with contractors and authorities
- Completed post-secondary education related to architecture
- 5-7 years of project work experience required
- Proficient in architectural software including Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of construction codes and MEP systems
- Registered with a relevant architectural association is advantageous
