- Direct daily operations of janitorial services across sites
- Manage budgets and monitor financial performance
- Cultivate relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Enforce quality standards through regular audits
- Lead training and performance assessments for staff
- Degree in business administration or similar discipline
- Minimum 5 years in the janitorial industry or operations
- 3-5 years as a supervisor or team leader
- Strong financial and operational oversight skills
- Willingness to travel for operational needs
