- Follow customer procedures and maintain professionalism
- Unload, sort, and handle various materials
- Identify and classify different non-ferrous metals
- Weigh and organize shipments and incoming materials
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Relevant experience in industrial or recycling settings is advantageous
- Ability to operate forklifts or similar equipment is beneficial
- Knowledge of metal types is an asset
- Comfortable in performing manual tasks in varying environments
- Must be responsible and work well in teams
