This role is ideal for those with at least three years of management experience, who are passionate about tenant satisfaction. You will oversee daily operations, communicate with tenants, and ensure that apartments are welcoming and safe. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high tenant satisfaction through excellent communication
- Manage daily administrative functions in the site office
- Respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate move-in and move-out scheduling and inspections
- Conduct regular inspections of grounds and common areas
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and email
- Valid driver's license required
- High professionalism and diplomacy
- Adaptable and resourceful
