In this position, you will assist in managing daily operations, ensuring properties are well-maintained and fully rented. Collaborate with the Property Manager on tasks including rent collections and tenant relations, while developing your skills for future management opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction through excellent service
- Show available suites and oversee leasing applications
- Assist with move-in/move-out scheduling and inspections
- Regularly inspect property and create work orders for repairs
- Confirm readiness of vacant units for leasing
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Strong adaptability and resourcefulness
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High professionalism and diplomacy
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
