Join a collaborative Finance & Accounting team as an Accounting Analyst, focusing on detailed financial operations and reconciliations. Deliver accurate invoicing and billing while ensuring financial integrity. The Accounting Analyst position requires a detail-oriented professional with a degree in Accounting or Finance and 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis. You'll prepare account reconciliations, support audits, and manage discrepancies in reporting. This role demands excellent analytical skills to ensure compliance with accounting principles. Key Responsibilities:
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and maintain account reconciliations
- Review financial transactions for accuracy
- Collaborate with teams to resolve financial issues
- Perform bank reconciliations and post transactions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration
