This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both the functional expert and the technical point person for a growing Dynamics 365 environment. What You'll Do Serve as the internal go-to resource for all things Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Configure and optimize the platform (entities, forms, views, workflows, dashboards, business rules) Support and enhance solutions built on the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) Oversee integrations, system changes, updates, and platform governance Partner with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions Reduce reliance on external consultants by building in-house expertise and maintaining best practices Troubleshoot issues, manage enhancements, and keep the environment stable and user-friendly What You Bring Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM configuration Solid understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related platform components Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement improvements with minimal oversight Comfort acting as both a functional SME and a technical problem solver Experience supporting CRM users and improving system adoption is a plus Why This Role Full ownership of a single internal environment (not consulting) Opportunity to shape the direction of the platform Stable, full-time, fully on-site position in Montreal
