As a Customer Service employee in the Insurance sector, you'll offer loan insurance solutions that will protect clients' assets. Youtube Video Your role Answering calls from customers Identify protection and assistance needs Offer solutions to protect their assets Build customer loyalty using a consultative approach Contribute to team objectives Refer customers to the appropriate sector for specialized needs Our Client Contact Centre is open Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. You'll work a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Your work schedule is variable and you'll be informed of your schedule three weeks in advance.
