Job Title: Senior Manager, Technical Program Manager Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Type: Full Time Our Client is seeking a Senior Manager – Technical Program Management (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and deliver scalable platforms, products, and services. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader with strong technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to drive execution and influence strategy in a dynamic environment. What You'll Do: Own and deliver large-scale technical programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery lifecycle. Simplify complex technical concepts and enable informed decision-making across product, engineering, design, and data science teams. Foster collaboration across multiple functions and organizational boundaries. Drive execution, accountability, and measurable results while navigating ambiguity. Mentor teams and promote best practices in technical program management. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in technical program management. 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery methodologies. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud architectures (AWS preferred). Proven track record of delivering large, complex programs with cross-functional teams. Experience in regulated environments. PMP certification or equivalent (preferred). Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
