- Manage water distribution system projects and programs
- Oversee main breaks and maintenance tasks
- Act as Overall Responsible Operator on rotations
- Enforce Backflow Prevention Program compliance
- Conduct design reviews and contract administration
- Two-year diploma in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Valid Water Distribution Class III Certification
- Four years of experience in water distribution
- Proven project management experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
