City Core Mechanical Ltd . Serves the GTA and beyond Commercial & Industrial Install, retrofit, and replace mechanical plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including: Heating Boiler Systems Chilled Water Systems (including cooling towers) Domestic Cold Water Booster Pumps Domestic Hot Water Storage Systems Chiller Water & Heating Water Pump Systems Perform pipe cutting, grooving, threading, soldering, and gluing as needed. Accurately fit piping for welders (4" - 12"). Safely rig and maneuver large, heavy equipment and materials. Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications confidently and accurately. Identify mechanical equipment and materials as per project specifications. Communicate effectively with mechanical build crews, electricians, and controls contractors. Diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently while explaining solutions to customers. Keep track of tools, materials, and job progress. Valid 306A Plumbing License (mandatory) G2 Gas License (an asset) Minimum 5 years of experience working with commercial mechanical systems Strong knowledge of whole-building mechanical systems Experience with craning and rigging is essential Strong math skills for accurate piping layouts, material estimation, and labor calculations Competitive salary and benefits package Supportive team environment with a focus on quality workmanship Exciting projects in the commercial mechanical industry Job Type: Full-time Pay: $36.00-$47.00 per hour Dental care Life insurance Plumbing: 5 years (required) Language: English (required) 306A Ontario Plumbing License (required)
