We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to support some of our largest global customers. In this role, you will drive net retention revenue by fostering strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes with SysAid. Skilled at identifying urgency, planning, and thriving in dynamic environments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-market customers, managing renewals and contract processes.
Perform account health checks to assess risks and ensure customer success.
3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Executive roles, managing enterprise-level accounts in the SaaS or AI industry.
~ Bachelor's degree required.
~ Proven track record of managing a multi-million-dollar book of business, with consistent success in forecasting and achieving quotas.
~ Exceptional communication, discovery, and relationship-building skills, paired with strong business acumen.
