Your primary role is to guide the SCM Material Management team, enhancing the organization’s approach to inventory and warehouse efficiency. You will implement best practices for material handling and support strategic logistics planning, ensuring safety and compliance in all practices. Leading initiatives that drive operational excellence will be crucial. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operations for warehouse management and inventory accuracy
- Establish standards for inventory governance and auditing
- Improve logistics strategies for material planning
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety
- Ensure adherence to company supply chain policies
- 10+ years in Supply Chain Management
- Extensive experience in logistics and material management
- Leadership experience in warehouse operations
- Knowledge of ERP systems, especially Maximo
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
