- Provide overall direction to the receiving team
- Lead initiatives to ensure safe, timely operations
- Develop and monitor key operational metrics
- Manage A/P and monthly reporting responsibilities
- Supervise off-season maintenance tasks and projects
- In-depth knowledge of receiving operations
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Strong management and communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
