Make an impact with our Family Office Services team as a Senior Associate. The MNP Family Office Services team is a multi-disciplinary team of professionals that works with clients to help them understand the evolution of their wealth and determine the right strategies to achieve their objectives. As a Senior Associate, you’ll be devising, building out, and presenting financial planning strategies and analysis for high net worth and ultra-high net worth families, business owners, and professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and presentation of financial plans and strategies for High net worth (HNW) clients with support from Analysts and Associates
  • Working with professionals across service lines to communicate relevant information and deliver reports as required
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives and ensuring deliverables, templates, and processes are kept up to date

Skills And Experience

  • Holds CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) credential
  • 5-10+ years of experience providing financial planning to business owner clients in a role that involves one or more of the below:
    • Using financial planning software (e.g. Naviplan, WealthPath, Conquest or equivalent) to create financial plans that were expected to be presented to clients by you or other team members.
    • Meeting with clients to deliver financial planning advice
    • Knowledge of financial products and services such as life insurance or mutual funds.
    • Accounting-related work experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a willingness to work independently
  • Strong time management skills and able to work across multiple projects simultaneously
