CACEIS is seeking an Operations Officer with expertise in financial data management. This full-time position is integral to managing and validating critical market data daily. In this role, you will support the Master Data Services operations, focusing on maintaining up-to-date information about financial instruments. Your responsibilities will include data collection from various providers and ensuring the quality of data used across CACEIS's extensive services. You’ll engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any data-related issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect market data from established financial information sources
- Input and update significant financial instrument characteristics
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across databases
- Investigate anomalies and communicate with concerned parties
- Supply data for financial reporting and compliance needs
- Strong understanding of banking and financial instruments
- Advanced skills in Excel; knowledge of VBA and SQL preferred
- Excellent analytical capabilities
- Collaborative communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
