Key responsibilities include leading a team of Community Managers, providing actionable feedback, and fostering their professional development. You will drive innovation and implement best practices that enhance community experiences, ultimately aligning with Ubisoft's mission of immersive storytelling. Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations of the Community team for assigned games
- Lead and manage a team of Community Managers' activities
- Coach team members by assessing strengths and collaborating on improvement
- Drive solutions and innovation for enhanced community engagement
- Develop relationships across Community, Social, and Player Support teams
- Intermediate experience in community management or similar role
- Proven people management skills in diverse teams
- Familiarity with social media and content channels
- Experience in the video game industry is a plus
- Strong leadership abilities in a collaborative environment
