- Provide exceptional service to all members and customers
- Stock shelves and maintain cleanliness at all times
- Coordinate workloads and enforce policies effectively
- Train and support employees in their roles
- Resolve issues promptly and efficiently
- Grade 12 education or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and hardworking
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Flexible availability for various shifts
