Monitor work progress Design and develop complex application solutions Participate in meetings with analysts and clients, translating business needs into IT solutions Estimate and communicate work to the delivery manager Write functional and organic analyses Define test plans Participate in writing production deployment instructions Assist the quality assurance team during testing and keep documentation up to date Proactively monitor applications and propose improvements Document the knowledge base of development tools and environments Participate in training and developing less experienced programmer analysts Requirements ~ Diploma of college studies (DCS) or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field ~4 years of relevant experience ~ French: Advanced ~ English: Proficient ~ Proficient English required to communicate frequently with employees and managers outside of Quebec Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in designing and developing complex application solutions while effectively translating business needs into IT solutions.
