About the team
As part of the Corporate IT Enterprise Architecture team, you will work with Salesforce and ServiceNow architects, platform owners, administrators, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to improve two strategic enterprise platforms. The role combines architecture support, hands‑on platform development, business analysis, data quality, testing, documentation, and governance.
You will gain practical experience with CRM, IT service management, workflow automation, integrations, platform governance, secure development, and enterprise‑scale transformation across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Corporate IT, Security, People, Finance, Facilities, and Professional Services.
Location
If in Ottawa or Toronto, you must be in the office at least three days a week.Other Canadian Locations – REMOTE
Term Duration
This is a full‑time, 8 or 12‑month position, starting January 2027.
Co‑op / Intern Eligibility
This position is open to co‑ops and interns. To be eligible, you must be currently enrolled in full‑time education or be a recent/upcoming graduate within 12 months of the placement end date.
Compensation range
$19.46-$28.55 hourly rate. The final offer within this range will reflect the candidate’s skills, year of education, and experience.

What you will do
- Build and configure platform enhancements under the guidance of experienced Salesforce and ServiceNow practitioners.
- Support solution design by documenting requirements, process flows, data models, user stories, technical decisions, and integration patterns.
- Develop or modify platform components using appropriate low-code and pro-code tools, following established standards and review practices.
- Assist with Salesforce configuration and development, which may include Flow, validation rules, reports, dashboards, Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and permission configuration.
- Assist with ServiceNow configuration and development, which may include forms, tables, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, catalog items, REST integrations, and reports.
- Support API and integration work using REST, JSON, authentication concepts, and data-mapping specifications.
- Help analyze and improve platform data quality, including duplicates, incomplete records, configuration data, CMDB data, and integration records.
- Create unit-test scenarios, support system and regression testing, document results, and help resolve defects before release.
- Use development lifecycle practices such as source control, peer review, release documentation, and controlled deployment between environments.
- Support architecture reviews, design workshops, governance forums, stakeholder sessions, and follow‑up actions.
- Prepare technical documentation, knowledge articles, training materials, reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations.
- Research platform capabilities, AI features, security considerations, industry practices, and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, strengthen controls, and improve user experience and platform adoption.
