- Guide clients through account setup and onboarding
- Serve as the main point of contact during onboarding
- Provide training and resources about Cole’s services
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely information
- Degree or diploma in relevant fields
- Experience in client onboarding or customer success
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently
