This full-time Sales Representative role develops business across an assigned local territory. You will apply Cintas Sales Training Program skills in cold-calling, demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing. The position supports customers with facility services products and hands-on workday assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the assigned territory
- Use CRM to identify prospects and close new business
- Provide facility services solutions to business customers
- Apply cold-calling and in-person sales techniques
- Achieve weekly sales goals and quotas consistently
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid, full, unrestricted driver's license
- Ability to travel daily by car within the territory
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Contact Management System
- Ability to work specified office hours Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Represent Cintas in Tecumseh through territory prospecting, customer solutions, CRM usage, and facility services sales execution.
