Enhance system reliability as a Junior IT Business Analyst with a focus on Quality Assurance. This role merges business analysis and QA, supporting the implementation of robust business systems. You will create and execute various QA tests to ensure systems align with business requirements and performance standards. Your collaboration with project teams will be key in logging defects in Jira and validating business needs ahead of deployment. This role also includes maintaining quality metrics for ongoing improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop functional and performance test cases using Zephyr
- Conduct manual testing across multiple environments
- Log defects in Jira and facilitate resolution
- Validate business requirements before going live
- Maintain documentation for compliance and audits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or similar area
- Minimum 2 years as QA or Business Analyst
- Familiar with test automation frameworks and Agile
- Proficient with tools like Jira and Azure DevOps
- Strong analytical and communication capabilities
