- Manage day-to-day terminal operations and congestion
- Coordinate resources and stanchion layouts effectively
- Inspect and maintain functionality of terminal facilities
- Address operational incidents and emergencies swiftly
- Support excellence in customer service delivery
- Minimum five years in airport operations or customer service
- Strong multitasking and analytical skills
- Extensive knowledge of airport procedures and safety
- Ability to obtain Canadian security clearance
- Relevant post-secondary education highly preferred
