- Facilitate collaboration among internal partners
- Achieve sales growth and premium expectations
- Innovate integration of insurance in financial plans
- Foster strong working relationships with advisors
- 15+ years in insurance sales strategy
- CLU designation required; TEP preferred
- In-depth knowledge of the advisor ecosystem
- Proven success in relationship building
- Established network with insurance industry leaders
