Become a participant coordinator for TSMG's innovative Robotics AI initiative. Leverage your communication skills to engage communities and manage participant recruitment efficiently. As the Participant Coordinator, you will recruit participant groups while ensuring smooth coordination of project activities. Strong organizational skills and a personable nature are essential to your success in building local partnerships and maintaining participant engagement throughout the project. You will serve as the primary contact point for participants and facilitate their onboarding. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential participant groups in local communities
- Develop and maintain key relationships with community leaders
- Schedule and manage project recording sessions effectively
- Explain project scope and participant expectations thoroughly
- Track and report on participant recruitment and attendance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong time management and organizational capabilities
- Well-versed in email, spreadsheets, and online meeting tools
- Basic English proficiency; local language skills preferred
- Reliable internet access and self-motivated approach
