As Supervisor, you will support servers, coordinate service flow, and uphold standards across the dining room. Your work includes guest engagement, order accuracy, payment procedures, and collaboration with kitchen and bar teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the floor during restaurant service periods
- Support servers with orders, tables, and service flow
- Resolve minor guest concerns and escalate appropriately
- Coordinate seating flow, pacing, and floor plans
- Coach team members and reinforce brand standards
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant environment experience
- Leadership or keyholder experience is an asset
- Confident communication and team guidance abilities
- Food and beverage service and menu knowledge
- Cash handling and end-of-shift procedure comfort
