Corporate Paralegal – Touchstone Legal Inc. ~ Are you a highly skilled and organized individual with a strong interest in corporate and commercial legal work? Touchstone Legal Inc. is a boutique law firm providing a wide variety of legal services in the areas of corporate and commercial, trusts, estate planning and administration, elder law, and tax. Corporate Paralegal Type of Employment: Full Time The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in an administrative or legal support role, with a preference for candidates who have worked as a paralegal with a focus on corporate, commercial, transactional, or business law matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Clio, and Kofax. Familiarity with billing software and procedures. Generate, prepare, and organize documentation and forms essential to corporate law matters. Draft, edit, proofread, and compile large, complex, heavily formatted documents related to corporate transactions, commercial agreements, and business law matters. Prepare correspondence and other legal documents concerning corporate and commercial matters. Generate, prepare, and organize documentation and forms requisite to the corporate practice area Maintain minute book and annuals databases. Prepare reports on corporate matters, including incorporation, reorganizations, and commercial transactions.
