- Maintain equipment and ensure laboratory standards are met
- Accredited Medical Laboratory Technology program completion
- Active or eligible for registration with CMLTA
- Excellent phlebotomy and communication skills
- Strong teamwork and adaptability are essential
- Recent bench experience and computer skills are assets
