- Process and analyze diagnostic samples daily
- Report results and ensure accuracy in specimen handling
- Utilize technical skills for various laboratory procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams
- Maintain practices for infection control and safety
- Completion of an accredited MLT program
- Active registration or eligibility with CMLTA
- Experience in Clinical Chemistry and Hematology
- Proficient in laboratory computer systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including on-call
