- Manage daily maintenance schedules and tasks
- Complete repairs for building systems and equipment
- Identify issues and take corrective measures swiftly
- Uphold the property’s cosmetic standards
- Ensure units are ready for new occupants
- Relevant maintenance experience is preferred
- Familiarity with carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Available for emergencies and on-call work
