Position description
We are currently looking for a handyman for one of our residential buildings. Are you known for being versatile, good with your hands, and highly organized? You're the person we're looking for ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Able to lay floating floor Actively participate in various company committees -Know and apply company policies and procedures All other related tasks Collaborate or perform any other tasks related to the maintenance department, as needed and at the request of the immediate superior Do minor repairs in the apartments (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, change water heaters, etc.) Inform the immediate superior of the needs for materials and products for the maintenance and upkeep of the building Knowledge of plumbing and electricity Make spring and winter outdoor preparations.
