Join Novarc Technologies as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist and lead the charge in recruiting for innovative AI and robotics positions. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and securing top talent to support the dynamic teams at Novarc with a focus on cobots and machine vision solutions. You’ll manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a remarkable experience for candidates while collaborating with hiring managers. Your efforts will be critical in enhancing our image as an employer of choice in the technical field. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for technical talent
- Refine recruitment strategies and brand messaging
- Ensure a smooth interview process for technical candidates
- Advise and coach stakeholders on hiring needs
- Maintain and develop talent pipelines for strategic positions
- Minimum 5 years of technical recruitment experience
- Experience in AI or robotics preferred
- Strong organizational abilities
- Proficient with ATS and Google Suite
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
