- Assist MLM in achieving safe production goals
- Collaborate with consulting engineers on project execution
- Manage project timelines, costs, and performance metrics
- Engineering degree required; mining specialization preferred
- 3-5 years in mine engineering and project management
- Excellent communication abilities
- Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Strong planning skills for project coordination
