LOCATION: NORTH BATTLEFORD, SK

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
- Administration duties including answering phones, helping customers, maintaining file system, mail distribution, etc.
- Duties related to Moving including claims, customer appointments, selling packing material, storage unit rentals
- Freight duties include scheduling, ensuring all paperwork is completed properly and ready, assisting drivers with issues
- Handle petty cash, cash counts and bank deposits
- Accounts payable processing and receivable collection
- Inside moving sales
- Door knocker
- Daily OS&D walks
- Manifest and BOL Audits
- Picking up of and Distribution of Mail
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to function well under pressure
- Must have high quality interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Deal effectively with the public, outside agencies and co-workers
- Must be detail oriented
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Be able to multi-task and be willing to learn
