As Partner Operations Program Manager, you will build operating programs for Brex’s external payment-partner ecosystem. You will establish governance, SLAs, KPIs, reporting, reconciliation, and escalation paths. The work connects Payment Partnerships, Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external partners to deliver reliable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Define partner-management processes, governance, documentation, and escalation pathsEstablish SLAs, KPIs, reporting cadences, and performance reviewsBuild visibility into performance, incidents, risks, and opportunitiesOwn fee reconciliation, controls, invoices, and payment calculationsLead readiness for partners, products, workflows, and program changesRequirements:
Three-plus years in partner, payments, financial, or vendor operationsExperience building operating programs and partner-performance structuresExperience with fee, invoice, or financial reconciliation processesAnalytical skills using spreadsheets, data tools, SQL, or similarEnglish fluency and strong cross-functional stakeholder-management skillsBuild controlled payment-partner programs at Brex through governance, reconciliation, reporting, and scalable operational solutions.
