Accuracy, compliance, accountability, and predictable processes are central to this position. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee merchant account setup and payment gateway configurations Maintain PCI-compliant workflows and recurring billing configurations Track performance, implementation timelines, and outstanding escalations Manage held transactions and merchant account issues Align payments work with implementation schedules and expectations Requirements:

Five to seven years in merchant services or payment operations Two to three years directly managing a team Hands-on PCI-DSS compliance and audit process experience Payment gateway or merchant processor configuration experience Strong organizational skills and ethical judgment Bring payments operations leadership, PCI-DSS expertise, and merchant onboarding discipline to Jonas Club Software in Markham.
