This full time position sits within RBC Personal & Commercial Banking. You will support client relationship management through business analysis, credit advice, annual reviews, and credit structuring. The work requires collaboration with Risk Management, colleagues, and clients while meeting time sensitive deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business information for credit requests and annual reviews
- Present financing options with clearly explained client advantages
- Develop timely credit solutions meeting or exceeding client needs
- Coach and assist colleagues through teamwork and collaboration
- Recommend credit applications using due diligence and risk guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum three years commercial lending experience in a financial institution
- Proven financial and credit analysis experience supporting client relationships
- Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Synergy, Newton, Excel, and financial modeling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and time sensitive deadlines
Use commercial lending, financial modeling, and credit analysis skills to deliver thoughtful solutions for RBC clients in Langley.
