Deliver financing for hotels, seniors housing, and self-storage Structure bilateral and complex syndicated transactions Oversee credit underwriting quality and loan structuring Maintain portfolio health, expiries, securities, and reporting Build transaction pipelines and external industry networks Requirements:
Previous real estate IPP lending experience Proven sales, business development, and client management record Strong negotiation, credit structuring, and underwriting skills Project budget and financial statement analysis experience Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and communication skills Apply commercial lending expertise, strategic advising, and portfolio management to support RBC clients across real estate sectors.
