- Prepare detailed estimates by analyzing relevant project documents
- Assist in developing competitive bid strategies effectively
- Determine accurate scopes of work and conceptual estimates
- Calculate scopes of work including material quantities from drawings
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 1+ years estimating experience in construction
- Advanced knowledge of HCSS Heavy Bid Estimating Software
- Familiarity with CAD, Bluebeam, and MS Project Suite
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
