The National Life, Disability & Wellness Team is looking for a self-motivated Calculation Analyst, who thrives on delivering value, is customer-obsessed, and excited to work with a small yet dynamic team. They will have good understanding of group disability contract language, and the impact various sources of income have on disability benefits. Proceed with claim recoveries in Navigator
Strong customer service focus; Very comfortable with Office 365; most notably Excel and Word
Experience with Navigator is an asset
Experience in disability benefit calculations is helpful
Open to change and continuous improvement
