Your responsibilities: Support and advise the Product Improvement and Development Supervisor as well as assigned internal and external clients; Develop new products and improve existing models; Carry out the design process from idea development, 3D modeling (SolidWorks), and factory manufacturing to real-world prototype testing; Oversee the implementation and monitoring of projects with the various stakeholders involved; Be responsible for performing the calculations necessary for your role; Verify drawings and concepts; Perform all other related tasks. You are the person we are looking for if: You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering; You are a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec; You have knowledge of computer-aided design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or other); You are proficient in computer tools (MS Office); You have experience in manufacturing processes, tooling, steel, and aluminum; You are available to take short trips abroad (less than a week) when necessary; Asset: you have experience in machine and hydraulic system design.
