- Partner with Staffing Department on recruitment initiatives
- Develop performance management plans in collaboration with leaders
- Integrate HR policies during Acquisitions effectively
- Build partnerships for resolving associate relations matters
- Assess and deliver training to minimize legal exposure
- BS/BA in a related discipline required
- Minimum of 7 years in HR or related field experience
- Certification in HR preferred
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Willingness to travel 20% to 50% of the time
