Join RBC as a Learning and Development Specialist and play a pivotal role in cultivating the next generation of talent In this dynamic role, you will deliver and innovate training programs that empower new RBC Dominion Securities (RBC DS) assistants and associates to excel in their roles. Through immersive, multi-format learning experiences, you will drive efficiency, elevate client service, and foster long-term success—all while championing a culture of continuous growth and collaboration. Lead and Innovate Training Programs: Own and deliver the Montreal Admin/Associate Fundamentals program (approximately 8 sessions annually), adapting to hiring needs and business priorities. Collaborate for Impact: Partner with peers to develop shared curricula and training materials, ensuring consistency and best practices across regions. Track program effectiveness through feedback and data, driving continuous enhancements for maximum impact. Deliver dynamic in-person and virtual training on core processes, operational best practices, and business context. Provide post-program coaching and behavioral assessments to reinforce learning and drive performance. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Update training materials to reflect evolving industry trends, policies, and organizational changes. Build Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with Branch Managers, Operations teams, and Head Office to align training goals and share expertise. Coordinate training logistics (invitations, venues, materials) with precision and professionalism. 2+ years of experience working on an advisory team, with solid knowledge of wealth management products, operations, and client needs. ~ Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs. ~ Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in facilitating group training sessions. ~ Passion for sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement.
