Your expertise in analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities will be crucial for maintaining project pipelines and contributing to Stanley's mission of creating sustainable solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Support client engagement and account planning for CSMs
- Build and maintain opportunity pipelines using CRM tools
- Ensure proposal delivery timelines and client satisfaction
- Track and report on business development performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like engineering or business
- Five or more years of experience in the energy sector
- Understanding of engineering firm structure and energy markets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Proven ability in supporting business development activities
