Votre nouvelle entreprise Notre client, un acteur reconnu dans le secteur de la Santé, recherche actuellement un Contrôleur de projet (PCO) pour un mandat temporaire de trois (3) mois. L'entreprise se distingue par son engagement envers la qualité et l'efficacité des projets stratégiques liés au réseau de la santé. Votre nouveau rôle En tant que Contrôleur de projet , vous serez responsable de la coordination et du suivi des activités du programme. Vos principales tâches incluront : Développer et maintenir le plan de projet intégré. Collaborer avec le directeur de projet et les chargés de projets pour mettre à jour le calendrier global. Préparer le matériel de suivi (Kanban) pour les Scrum et les présentations à la direction. Assister aux comités de projet, produire les comptes rendus et assurer le suivi des décisions. Contribuer à la préparation et au suivi budgétaire. Surveiller les activités, signaler les enjeux et produire des rapports d'avancement. Gérer le registre des enjeux et des changements via SharePoint. Maintenir la structure documentaire dans Microsoft Teams et SharePoint. Assurer la conformité aux standards du PMO et la gouvernance documentaire. Ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir Expérience : 3 à 5 années dans un rôle similaire. Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) et MS Project. Atouts : Connaissance du réseau de la Santé du Québec. Expérience en environnement TI et PMO. Baccalauréat en informatique, gestion ou équivalent. Certification PMP, CAPM ou autre en gestion de projet. Connaissance ITIL. Ce que vous obtiendrez en retour Mandat de 3 mois avec possibilité de prolongation. Horaire de 35 heures/semaine . Mode de travail hybride : 2 jours en présentiel à Montréal, 3 jours en télétravail. Your new company Our client, a recognized leader in the healthcare sector, is currently seeking a Project Controller (PCO) for a temporary three (3) month assignment. The company stands out for its commitment to quality and efficiency in strategic projects related to the healthcare network. Your new role As a Project Controller , you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring program activities. Your main tasks will include: Develop and maintain the integrated project plan. Collaborate with the project manager and project leads to update the overall schedule. Prepare tracking materials (Kanban) for Scrum meetings and presentations to management. Attend project committees, produce meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on decisions. Contribute to budget preparation and monitoring. Monitor activities, identify issues, and produce progress reports. Manage the issue and change logs via SharePoint. Maintain the document structure in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Ensure compliance with PMO standards and document governance. What you'll need to succeed Experience : 3 to 5 years in a similar role. Technical skills : Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and MS Project. Assets : Knowledge of the Quebec healthcare network. Experience in IT project environments and PMO. Bachelor's degree in IT, management, or equivalent. PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification. Knowledge of ITIL.
