In partnership with our client, Groupe Sani-Tech, ZoomHR Inc.is conducting a search for a Project Manager to join their team Groupe Sani-Tech is a contractor specializing in public, commercial, and institutional construction projects. More specifically, the company manufactures, distributes, and installs architectural products throughout North America.
Our experts are committed to providing our customers with customized service at every stage of their projects, from estimation to installation.
With innovative materials and high-performance designs, we offer products that optimize layout, enhance appearance, and ensure the durability of each project.
As part of our expansion into the Ottawa/Gatineau area, this position will be remote until our office is opened in early 2026.
As first point of contact with General Contractors, the PM will manage the ongoing relationship throughout the Project.
Oversight of end-to-end planning and scheduling.
Oversee all stages of project life cycle.
Track and control construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of projects in timely manner.
Supervise installations and subcontractor management.
Supervise shipment and logistic planning.
Ensure safety standards and quality control is being maintained.
Clear and timely communication with clients -both verbal and written (bilingual)
Proven experience in commercial construction industry a must
~5+ years in Project Management (PMP preferred)
~ Bilingual (French/English)
