We are looking for a Manager, Account Development to join our dynamic, passionate team of professional fundraisers. If you have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and enjoy taking the initiative, this position is a great fit for you. Reporting to the Director, Development, you will play a key role, as you help coordinate and implement annual fundraising and donor development activities that support revenue goals and the long-term growth of TFSS.
Cultivate new donors and develop fundraising opportunities.
Maintain current knowledge of evolving fundraising trends and strategies.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to prepare and make effective and impactful presentations and proposals.
Keen attention to detail, and excellent editing and proofreading skills.
Demonstrated experience in applicable computer programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and donor databases.
Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge NXT is a strong asset.
University degree or College diploma in English/Communications or a relevant field.
Minimum of five years direct experience working in a fundraising/development environment (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
